For once off invoices, our preferred method of payment is by BACS directly into our bank account. The details are as follows:
If your bank supports 'faster payments' we will normally receive your funds within a few minutes of you making the payment. However, this cannot be guaranteed, so please ensure you leave plenty of time before your invoice due date before initiating the payment.
* You are welcome to use the same invoice number on a subsequent or recurring payment, for example a standing order. Our system will automatically recognise that the original invoice has been paid and assign your payment to the next outstanding invoice on your account.
If you have signed up for an ongoing service from us, for example broadband or server hosting, it may be more convenient to pay via Direct Debit. We utilise the GoCardless platform to process payments via this method.
On your invoice email you will find a link to 'View your bill online', which leads to a page with a 'Pay now' button. Clicking this button will give you a choice of card payment or Direct Debit.

We use the Stripe platform to process card payments either conventionally or via Apple/Google Pay. Please follow instructions for Direct Debit but choose card payment when prompted.
You can make a payment directly to us from an International bank account using an IBAN and BIC number (formerly known as SWIFT)
Please ensure that all fees are paid by the receiving party such that the amount recieved matches our invoice total.
We accept Paypal payments strictly on the basis that the amount received after any transaction fees levied by Paypal will be creditted to the customer account. We therefore only recommend Paypal for small payments, for example less than £30, due to the high costs involved.

We accept cheque payment as a last resort and subject to a £50+VAT fee covering our time in taking your cheque to the bank. Please make cheques payable to Single Mode Networks Ltd and post to:
Please do not forget to add £60 (£50+VAT) to your cheque amount. A further invoice covering the processing fee will be issued on receipt of the cheque. By sending a cheque you agree that the above fee may be deducted from the total prior to any credit being made against existing invoices. Any cheque we receive made out for less than £60 will not be processed.
